How to Attempt Aspire

In order to complete a course in Aspire, you must complete all the chapters within the course. Each chapter contains sub-topics.
After each chapter, you will find one chapter quiz with 40 multiple-choice questions and that must be cleared to complete the chapter. In order to unlock “Course Completion Quiz”, one must complete all chapter quizzes of that particular Aspire course. 
Note:- At the end of every sub topic you will find an, “Ask Doubts” section. It is provided to clear your doubts if you have any.

To pass each chapter, you have only 2 attempts. The second attempt is available only if you are not able to clear a

Q. Is it mandatory for everyone to complete aspire course in order to get joining at ILP program in TCS ?

A. No it is not mandatory. But still it is essential because of 2 reasons

      1. your joining will be delayed till the end of year

      2. You may face difficulty in IRAs at the day of joining.

After you got selected you have to complete Aspire - an online course. Aspire is essential course for every fresher joining TCS. It helps you to clear some basics about programming and give you some insight on history of TCS.
It is not mandatory to complete, but it is essential because not only it ensure an early joining but also it helps you to clear IRAs with flying colours.

Post ILP

IF you successfully complete the ILP training program at TCS, then you will be transferred to your base location and assigned to a project depending upon your specific knowledge and skill set that you acquire during the ILP phase. Remember that the performance during the ILP is key factor in determining your project. 

Your days  as  are over. Congratulations, now you are a regular employee of the TATA family. From now on you will live in an entire new corporate world filled with competition, success, failure and most importantly with infinite possibilities.
